I had an amazing, integrating and supportive coaching experience. Laura helped me achieve such significant breakthoughts, she helped me understand why I think and act a certain way and discover the root of my biggest fears. I can now hear the thoughts in my head clearer and assign to whom they belong and then choose to not follow. I feel more connected to my heart and able to ask for help.
