I’m Laura, a coach specializing in nervous system regulation, a certified yoga teacher, and an Ayurvedic practitioner. I’m also a wife, a mother, and someone who believes life is meant to be lived with more calm, joy, and presence.
My greatest passion is helping women reconnect with their energy, inner calm, and joy—without feeling like they constantly have to prove their worth.
I grew up as a sensitive girl who learned that love and value had to be earned. By achieving. By being useful. By meeting everyone’s expectations.
So I did what I thought I was supposed to do. I studied law at a prestigious university, worked at the United Nations in Geneva, and later joined one of Switzerland’s leading law firms. From the outside, everything looked successful.
But inside, my body was paying the price. I was living with chronic stress and anxiety. My digestion suffered, my hormones felt out of balance, my energy disappeared, and I gradually lost touch with the joyful person I had always been.
I wasn’t exhausted because I lacked motivation. I was exhausted because my nervous system had been stuck in survival mode for so long that it no longer knew how to rest.
Deep down, I knew something had to change. But accepting that also meant admitting that achievement, perfection, and being “good enough” could never give me the peace I was looking for
I am Laura, I am a coach, trainer, workshop facilitator, yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner. I am also a wife, mother, people lover, and joyful person passionate about helping others feel great through wellbeing and mindset coaching.
I grew up a sensitive kid being taught that success at work means success at life. To please and be loved, I did what was asked from me. At the age of 18, I moved abroad to study Law in a prestigious French university. Six years later, I started working at the United Nations Organisation in Geneva and then in one of the biggest Law firms in Switzerland. Everybody, including me, was very proud and on the outside everything seemed perfect.
Inside, however, things were feeling less and less right. The highly driven career, the constant overachieving and pressure on appearance, were forcing me to push away my boundaries. I started to feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. I experience digestive problems, my cycle was deregulated and my energy was low. Most of all I could not connect to my natural positivity and joy anymore. I was drained and exhausted.
My intuition was telling me things had to change, but I can hardly describe how difficult it was for me to accept it. I had such a potent career and, in the eyes of others, successful life. By tempting to hide away from it, it only worsened. I wished for my body to function properly, for my mind to be still and my soul to be free.
It was the moment when I understood I had a to find a balance to this frenetic way of life.
Yoga was the first door that opened. For the first time, my body felt alive, my mind became quiet, and I experienced what it was like to simply be—without needing to earn my place.
That experience changed my life, and over seven years ago, I became a certified yoga teacher to help others experience the same.
My curiosity then led me deeper. I wanted to understand why my digestion, hormones, and energy were struggling, so I studied nutrition and Ayurveda.
But the real turning point came when I discovered that my body wasn’t the problem. My nervous system was. It had learned to stay on high alert for years, making it difficult to feel safe—even when I actually was. Learning how to regulate my nervous system changed everything.
I learned to calm my mind, reconnect with my body, and let go of the beliefs that told me I had to achieve in order to be worthy—or be endlessly kind and helpful in order to be loved.
To deepen this work, I became a certified coach through BYCA International Coaching School, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Today, I help sensitive, high-achieving women who feel exhausted from constantly doing more to regulate their nervous systems, release chronic stress, and reconnect with themselves—so they can finally feel calm, energized, and fully alive again.
