About

I am Laura, I am a coach, trainer, workshop facilitator, yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner. I am also a wife, mother, people lover, and joyful person passionate about helping others feel great through wellbeing and mindset coaching.

I grew up a sensitive kid being taught that success at work means success at life. To please and be loved, I did what was asked from me. At the age of 18, I moved abroad to study Law in a prestigious French university. Six years later, I started working at the United Nations Organisation in Geneva and then in one of the biggest Law firms in Switzerland. Everybody, including me, was very proud and on the outside everything seemed perfect.

Inside, however, things were feeling less and less right. The highly driven career, the constant overachieving and pressure on appearance, were forcing me to push away my boundaries. I started to feel stressed, anxious and overwhelmed. I experience digestive problems, my cycle was deregulated and my energy was low. Most of all I could not connect to my natural positivity and joy anymore. I was drained and exhausted.

My intuition was telling me things had to change, but I can hardly describe how difficult it was for me to accept it. I had such a potent career and, in the eyes of others, successful life. By tempting to hide away from it, it only worsened. I wished for my body to function properly, for my mind to be still and my soul to be free.

It was the moment when I understood I had a to find a balance to this frenetic way of life.

From that moment started a long journey of learning and self-discovery.
My journey started with yoga. My yoga practice was the only moment in my weeks which was making me feel like things still made sense. I was moving my body, my mind was still and I focused on myself. I decided to certify as a Yoga teacher and share the benefits of yoga with others. I am devoted and passionate about teaching yoga since more than 7 years now.

I was looking for ways to support my DIGESTION, HORMONES AND ENERGY. With time, I understood that I had to find my way, because we are all unique and there is “no recipe fits all”. This is as complex as the individuality of each one of us. I did a nutritionist course, studied Ayurveda, and learnt how to support my feminine cycle thanks to Alisa Vitti’s work. I used those sciences to find my own way to a healthy body.

To still the MIND, I practiced yoga, stress management, meditation and mindfulness. I worked on my inner dialogue.
I soaked in hundreds of books to understand how to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. And I discovered a big passion in the wide concept of wellbeing. I was hooked and had a deep desire to share my learnings and help others to feel great.

But my mindset was too conditioned to accept to step away from my successful career. I now had my tools to continue with active life while staying healthy and energised, so why would I give up my alright established career? Because deeply in my soul I wanted to share with you, help and contribute. I was worried about the other people’s judgment. With the support of an amazing coach, I managed to shift my limiting beliefs about success which were holding me back from taking the next step towards the job of my dreams. Thanks to this MINDSET work, I felt confident and brave to embark on the most wonderful journeys of all, the one of becoming a life coach, and got certified with the amazing coaching academy BYCA.

And this is where you see me standing. I am eager to share my knowledge, experience, and my gifts of sensitivity and intuition to guide you in finding YOUR journey towards wellbeing and purpose in life.

I am a wellbeing and mindset coach supporting ambitious women to manage their stress, find balance and peace and create truly fulfilling lives.

The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.
